If you have problems or support issues with Etsy, you are advised by the site to contact Etsy support, through its internal communication system, or by email to:  support@etsy.com or trust@etsy.com.

Etsy Phone/Fax Numbers: Phone: (718) 855-7955 Fax: (718) 855-7956 (don’t think they take incoming calls; don’t know about an incoming fax – might be a worth a try)

If you have a legal issue with Etsy, you can contact Etsy Legal at the following:

Etsy, Inc.
Attn: Legal Department
55 Washington Street Suite 512
Brooklyn, NY 11201
USA

Fax: (718) 732-2613
E-mail: legal@etsy.com

If you have unsettled issues and/or unresolved disputes with Etsy, you can file a complaint with:
The Honorable Eric T. Schneiderman
Attorney General, State of New York
Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection

and,
The Honorable Eric T. Schneiderman

You can write a letter to send with the complaint form along with any evidence of your complaint (copies of forum posts, emails, internal conversations, etc.)

From the AG’s website:

-We need complaints in writing and on our complaint form.

-For consumer complaints, we encourage you to try to resolve the dispute with the company or individual before filing a complaint with us.

-Please state your complaint clearly and concisely. You should enclose copies of all relevant documents.

-Do not send us any original documents.

-Filing a false complaint is a Class A Misdemeanor.

AND

You may file a complaint with the Attorney General in your home state.

AND

Although Etsy is not a member of the Better Business Bureau in New York, you may still file a complaint with the bureau. This will help put other consumers on notice of your experiences with Etsy.

If you feel you have a complaint against Etsy that falls outside the jurisdiction of the above, you can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. “The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is the nation’s consumer protection agency. The FTC works to prevent fraudulent, deceptive and unfair business practices in the marketplace.”

  1. In a matter of 5 minutes I have found 5 shops selling fake Chanel, fake Louis Vuitton and fake Hermes. Sadly Stopfakes.gov is also a fake. To whom can I report such crap?
