  1. Not even on hour later and the topic is already closed. Those admins sure are efficient. Her problem soliving says to reply to the email the OP got….um….isnt that what OP is complaing about? He never got an email. Round and round we go.

  2. Yes, not receiving an email is what the OP complained about but you have to remember they have canned responses they get to choose from. They don’t have to make any sense or even relate to the question. Just pick one and close the topic, thereby ignoring the OP one more time.

  3. How about contacting customer support to let them know that you also didn’t hear from customer support about not getting any follow up from customer support.
